Ahoy Beauty supplies Korean skincare exclusively to businesses. We welcome applications from retailers, beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, skincare professionals, pharmacies, online stores, and other legitimate businesses. All applications are subject to approval.

No. You do not need to operate as a Limited Company to apply for a trade account.

We welcome applications from a wide range of UK businesses, including:

  • Limited Companies
  • Sole Traders
  • Self-employed beauty professionals
  • Beauty salons
  • Aesthetic clinics
  • Retail shops
  • Online retailers
  • Other legitimate businesses operating within the beauty industry

All trade account applications are reviewed individually. We may request additional information to verify your business before approving your account.

No. We do not currently have a minimum order value, allowing businesses of all sizes to order the quantities they need.

No. You can order as little as one unit.

Simply complete our Registration form. Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you if any additional information is required. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in and view wholesale pricing.

Wholesale prices are only visible to approved trade customers. Please register for a trade account and wait for approval before pricing becomes available.

We aim to review all applications as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.

Products

Yes. We supply only genuine Korean skincare products sourced through trusted supply channels. We never sell counterfeit or imitation products.

Yes. Products supplied by Ahoy Beauty comply with applicable UK cosmetic regulations, including UK Responsible Person requirements and SCPN notifications where required.

Our website displays current stock availability. While we aim to keep our inventory accurate, stock levels may occasionally change before an order is processed.

We regularly expand our catalogue by introducing new brands and products throughout the year.

Yes, we can. If you’re looking for a particular Korean skincare product or brand, please contact us. We’ll do our best to source it where possible.

Yes. All cosmetic products have manufacturer batch codes, expiry date, and Period After Opening (PAO) information where applicable.

Ordering

Once your trade account has been approved, simply log in, add products to your basket, and complete checkout online.

If your order has not yet been processed we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, although changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you have special requirements or larger wholesale enquiries, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom only.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Romsey, Hampshire.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–4 business days.

We currently dispatch orders using DPD Next Day service. If you require an alternative courier, please contact us before placing your order.

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on wholesale orders over £250 (excluding VAT).

Orders below £250 (excluding VAT) are charged a flat delivery fee of £7.00 + VAT.

Refunds & Returns

As a business-to-business wholesaler, we do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors, or unsold stock.

Please inspect your delivery promptly and contact us within 3 business days with photographs of the affected products and packaging. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for more details.

If a product is confirmed to be damaged, incorrectly supplied, or affected by a manufacturing fault, we’ll investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.

Cosmetic damage to external packaging that does not affect the product itself is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

No. All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT.

VAT is calculated and added at checkout where applicable, and will be clearly shown before you complete your order.

Please contact us if you wish to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

No. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not currently offer payment terms, trade credit, or such payment facilities.
