Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Ahoy Beauty, we are committed to delivering your wholesale orders quickly, securely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
All wholesale orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Romsey, Hampshire, UK.

2. Shipping Charges
We offer free next day delivery on all wholesale orders over £250 (excluding VAT).
For orders below £250 (excluding VAT), a flat shipping charge of £7.00 + VAT applies.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
While we aim to process every order promptly, processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of high demand or unforeseen operational circumstances.
4. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all orders within 2–4 business days from the date the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier delays
- High seasonal demand
- Bank holidays
- Other unforeseen logistical disruptions
We will always do our best to keep you informed should any significant delays occur.
5. Delivery Partner
We currently dispatch all orders using DPD Next Day service.
If your business requires delivery via a different courier or has specific shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order. Where possible, we will be happy to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Ahoy Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
If you need to amend your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the dispatch process.
7. Responsibility for Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Someone is available to accept delivery where required.
- The delivery address provided is correct.
- Orders are inspected promptly upon arrival.
If a parcel is shown as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us immediately so that we can assist in investigating the matter with the courier.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible after receiving it.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you:
- Take clear photographs of the parcel before opening it.
- Photograph any damaged products and packaging.
- Retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
- Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
If any items are missing from your order or have been received in error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
We will investigate the issue promptly and work with you to reach a fair and timely resolution.
9. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect delivery address
- Failure to accept delivery
- Failure to collect the parcel following a courier notification
the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we always aim to meet our stated delivery times, we shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier network disruptions
- Industrial action
- Extreme weather
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Transport failures
We will make every reasonable effort to minimise any disruption and keep affected customers informed.
