At Ahoy Beauty, we are committed to supplying genuine Korean skincare products in excellent condition. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains when returns, replacements and refunds may be available for orders placed through our website.

As Ahoy Beauty supplies products exclusively to business customers, this policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. General Policy

Ahoy Beauty is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering the incorrect products or quantities.
  • Overstocked or unsold inventory.
  • Products no longer required by the customer.
  • Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the safety, quality or usability of the product.

All customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are suitable for their intended business purposes before completing their purchase.


2. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If you believe you have received products that are:

  • Damaged during transit;
  • Incorrectly supplied; or
  • Defective due to a manufacturing fault,

  • Clear photographs of the affected products and all relevant packaging.

Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to investigate the claim with the courier or manufacturer.


3. Assessment of Claims

Once we receive your claim, we will investigate the issue and may request additional information or photographs where necessary.

If, following our investigation, we determine that the claim is valid, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected product(s);
  • Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method; or
  • Issue a credit note for future purchases.

The remedy offered will depend on the circumstances of the claim and product availability.


4. Return of Products

Products must not be returned without our prior written authorisation.

Where we request that goods are returned, we will provide instructions on how the return should be made.

If the return is required because Ahoy Beauty supplied incorrect, damaged or defective products, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.


5. Products Not Eligible for Return

Except where required by law or where goods are confirmed to be damaged, incorrectly supplied or defective, we do not accept returns of:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Promotional items or free samples.
  • Clearance or end-of-line products.
  • Discounted bundles or special promotional packs.

6. Packaging

Our products are intended for retail sale and may occasionally sustain minor cosmetic marks, dents or scuffs to the external packaging during transportation or handling.

Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the product itself, its safety, authenticity, or intended use shall not be considered a defect and does not qualify for a refund, replacement or return.
